ISAS - Dortmund invites applications for a position of a PhD student (Physics/Physical Chemistry)
The research will focus on a novel combination of confocal vibrational miroscopy and scanning probe microscopies for biomedical applications.
A possible candidate has a strong disposition to learn new techniques and to improve and develop these methods. We expect a strong motivation and ability to collaborate in an interdisciplinary team. Non-residents who apply for this job will receive help from the institute to find accommodation.

The salary will be according to the German TV-L standard. This position is as 60%-employment available for two years with the possibility of extension for one year. The position is available from April, 1st 2007.
